Job Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager with excellent in Retail Luxury/Fashion business & shop management Achieve monthly personal target To build repeated clientele and maintain customer relationship of your team Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the daily operation of the store and main the highest standard of shop environment Lead , supervise and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service ,solicit customer feedbacks and understand customer needs Evaluate colleagues working abilities and coaching Customer Relationship Management : managing our customer database , drive appointment bookings in order to achieve company target Leading on instore client telling event and other marketing events Drives and leads accurate stock management, execute stock count and order processing To facilitate the marketing programs with professional execution to enhance customer experience Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Shop Manager Experiences: At least 3 years in managerial level, preferably in High End retail industry Previous experience leading a middle size team to drive business outcomes Excellent communication with problem solving skills Strong leadership and people management skills Strong operations skill & experience in store administrative arrangement Good command of spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word)
