Join to apply for the Supervisor, Compensation & Benefits role at Hong Kong Airlines. Responsibilities: Manage local and outstations payroll operations, tax, pensions administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation. Compile reports and analyze data for management review. Review and improve standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency. Attend to staff inquiries and provide professional service. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements. Support HR initiatives such as pay & benefits programs and group insurance renewal for both headquarters and outstations. Participate in ad-hoc projects as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 5 years of compensation & benefits experience in a sizable organization. Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and related legislations. Experience with payroll & benefits in other Asian countries is advantageous. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications. Detail-oriented, with integrity and a commitment to quality work within tight schedules. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
