Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage and monitor the shipment status for industrial & technology customer (more focus on air), the responsibility to solve the problems, deal with the complaints/accident during the operations. Develop strong relationships and provide support to vendors and clients. Prepare regular reports such as Space Report, Tracking Report, Volume Report, etc. to both internal and external customers. Communicate and coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure the data and reports are accurate and timely. Report to client if any discrepancy within the data received. Coordinate with internal and external parties for shipping arrangements. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Skills & Requirements: High Diploma or above with formal training in Logistics will be an advantage.5 years or above relevant experience in forwarding co. Over 3 years in managerial level, strong supervisory and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in PC applications including Ms Word, Excel and Power Point. Able to handle full set documents, operation, consolidation & cargo planning. Good relationship with Carriers & co-loaders. Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Able to work overtime and work under pressure. Reliable, Intelligent and highly efficient.
