What you'll be doing:· Oversee all shipping activities, keep updating shipment records and relevant information to other parties· Support in work schedule planning and transport processes to ensure operational efficiency· Handle all-around analysis on usage, volume and trend of transport services· Resolve damages and discrepancies with shippers, vendors and other relevant parties· Prepare transportation and monthly reports· Handle all around ad-hoc assignments as requested What we're looking for:· Higher Diploma or above in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines· At least 2 years of experience in trading, shipping or logistics industry preferred· Experience in handling shipping documents in Mainland and Macau is preferred· Independent, self-motivated and good team player· Good in Microsoft Office Word and Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, etc), and Chinese word processing· Good written and spoken in English and Chinese We offer:· A stable, friendly and welcoming environment· Training and development opportunities· Group medical insurance with dependent coverage· Accident and life insurance
