Responsibilities Assist the Store-in-charge to oversee the daily operations of the store. Perform individual sales targets as well as monitor and motivate the team to achieve the store target. Assist in evaluating, training, and coaching the staff in a manner consistent with policies to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals. Maximize opportunities to recruit new customers and maintain long-term customer relationships. Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge. Maintain a high standard of store presentation and stock management. Perform other duties as required. Requirements Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience, with at least 2 years at management level; preferably in the luxury retail industry. Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management, and training experience. Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability. Customer-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in computer literacy and excellent command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
