Key Responsibilities
Drive seasonal raw material capacity planning across a global vendor network.
Make strategic decisions regarding order allocation and projection adjustments across countries and suppliers.
Develop short to mid-term raw material capacity strategies aligned with business objectives and global sourcing priorities.
Partner with Demand Planning leadership to improve forecast accuracy and optimize capacity utilization.
Monitor market trends, calendar shifts, and risk indicators to proactively adjust capacity plans.
Advance material sourcing operations strategies supporting new product introductions, supply chain resilience, and on-time delivery performance.
Collaborate closely with Product Development, Technical, Production Management, QA, Logistics, Finance, and Sourcing teams to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
15+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management within garment manufacturing.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven ability to manage global networks.
Raw Materials planning experience is highly preferable.
Proven track record of managing regional teams.
Familiar with planning tools and software.
