Support Engineer (Ride and Show Engineering) (2‑year contract)

Responsibilities
Assist the engineering team to perform design review and mechanical analysis, and develop technical solutions in response to reliability issues in existing amusement rides and show equipment.
Assist the engineering team to conduct investigation, measurement and troubleshooting on‑site.
Interface with other engineers or technicians to establish strategy and work plan for implementation of enhancement work or mini‑projects, monitor progress and analyze performance.
Review alternative materials, off‑the‑shelf components and bolt & nut hardware; clarify fabrication methods and requirements with MPS and local part vendors.
Assist the engineering team to handle documentation (drawings, BOM and maintenance manual) and release to the electrical data management system.
Participate in annual survey inspection of amusement rides and prepare submission documents.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic engineering or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering. Experience in machine design, CAD modeling, simulation and instrumentation is preferable.
Excellent technical analysis and problem‑solving skills in ride & show engineering.
Independent, self‑motivated and enthusiastic in engineering.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English.
