System Analyst (Java) (Government Projects)Client Description: Regional IT services and solutions provider Job Description: Candidates with less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer. Responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting to identify the root cause of problems reported by end users. Prepare test cases and test data to support user acceptance testing. Perform regular system checks and result verification on production systems. Develop and maintain system documentation. Conduct unit tests and system integration tests. Job Requirements: University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline. At least 5 years of IT experience, including 2 years in the role of Analyst Programmer. At least 2 years of IT experience in providing off-the-shelf product support services. Power Builder or Java or VB/ASP system maintenance support experience is preferable. Experience in handling government projects is highly preferable. Good team player, self-initiative, and communication skills. Able to work independently. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
