Responsibilities Analyze user requirements and create technical designs.
Implement or enhance system functionalities for Retail Banking.
Design and develop APIs for internal system integration.
Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with teams for urgent tasks.
Manage vendor communications regarding architecture and design.
Oversee an offshore development team and provide guidance.
Monitor development progress and conduct code reviews for quality assurance.
Provide emergency support and perform system maintenance after hours.
Requirements 5+ years of experience in system analysis, design, and development, ideally in banking or finance.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microservices and API development.
Familiar with Dev Sec Ops pipeline tools.
Experience in vendor management and integrating legacy systems.
Team player with a positive attitude, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject Great communication skills, fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must Hong Kong passport or work permit
