System Analyst (Oracle Forms, SQL) (Finance, Central area)Client Description Job Description Participate in Project Implementation and various stages across System Development Life-Cycle aligning with business needs. Interface with business users to gather business requirements and assist with translating them to technical specifications. Collaborate across IT teams providing 2nd level system support on business application systems. Assist with feasibility studies on requirements, system designs and specifications, development and coding, SIT and UAT, implementation, maintenance, and support. Verify and validate the accuracy and completeness of the various systems design. Ensure standards are adhered to and met, including requirements from Infrastructure, Security, and regulatory requirements. Evaluate applications through Proof-of-Concepts, testing with tools, customization, 3rd party applications, and components. Assist with data collection, mappings, and conversion ensuring accuracy with representation. Collect and translate user requirements into functional specifications ensuring accuracy with the translation. Document architecture design, manuals, training guides, etc., established on all application development. Design workflows with tools not limited to Share Point. Provide assistance with demonstrations and training to users on the use of applications. Provide up-to-date progress reports to the supervisor and communicate with other team members to keep abreast of work progress. Strictly adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical requirements, ensuring daily activities are ethically and legally compliant. Support and participate in various ad hoc assignments or tasks. Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in IT or related with preferred Technical certification in Prince2, PMP, Scrum, Agile.5-7 years experience in Banking/Finance and/or Accounting industry with solid exposure in system operations and networking support. Hands-on experience with software development life-cycle adopting best practices and methodologies not limited to SDLC, Agile, etc. Practical experience in implementing and supporting application systems for the banking and finance industry. Solid experience on Oracle 11g R2, Oracle Forms & Reports, PL/SQL. Working experience with RDBMS not limited to My SQL, SQL, and Oracle. Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) tools such as Tableau, Qlik, etc. Experience with Data Mining and Data Warehousing. Working experience in systems development leveraging. Net, JAVA, C#, XML, Apache, Web Logic, HTML, JQuery, CSS, VB script, Power Shell, etc. Working experience with systems development in Wintel and A|X/UNIX/LINUX environments. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good team player with the ability to work across IT teams. Strong desire to learn and adopt new technologies. Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage).
