• System and infrastructure management and monitoring• Implementation of new infrastructures, hardware refreshment to align the industry standards• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems• Build and maintain the technical diagrams, documentation and associated system processes and procedures• Contribute to business continuity and business recovery exercises, taking part in regular business continuity testing• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support• Co-ordinate with external vendors on system inquiries and maintenance• Follow security guidelines on server/network hardening• Evaluate new products and technology Job Requirements • Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft, UNIX /Linux based environments.• Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, VCenter, Hyper-V, HCI)• Microsoft Certified Engineer have an advantage• Good command of English and Chinese with good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and service attitude• Proficient in Windows Server, MS Desktop Applications, Active-Directory, DNS, DHCP, CA, MS O365, VMware, backup system, problem diagnosis tools, remote support tools, deployment and patching tools, ticketing system
