Responsibilities: Provide support to desktops and servers operation in Microsoft environment, major in servers operation. Assist supervisor in monitoring and updating Infrastructure Service requests and incident tickets to ensure the requests can be completed as per SLA. Perform new System/PC installation, set up of equipment in the office and for motor shows, office renovations, etc., and install authorized software to desktops or laptops as per user requests. Maintain IT assets inventory including both hardware and software and liaise with vendor for quality hardware (PC, printer, routers, etc.) maintenance.
