Job Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and cloud-related issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems, including desktop applications, operating systems, and network connectivity issues. Log, track, and resolve support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Assist in training users on new software applications and systems to enhance their productivity. Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and user guides to improve support processes. Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines.1-2 years of relevant working experience in a technical support or helpdesk role. Comp TIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or similar qualifications are a plus. Strong troubleshooting experience in IT hardware, software, and operating systems.
