Responsibilities: Daily server operation, project coordination & workplace solution support. Support fast-growing store openings and expansion with system and network installation. Part of the regional technical team on mutual support and backup among Asia Pacific and China. Perform tasks assigned by project manager/supervisor and deliver outcomes. Workplace/collaboration technologies testing and implementation. Responsible for routine server administration and network maintenance. Handle IT infrastructure preparation and installation in retail stores opening/relocate & closing activities. IT asset, inventory, and documentation management. Organize training and campaigns to deploy IT tools to the users. Serve as a member of the regional technical team to deliver the infrastructure solution according to the Group and widely accepted standards. May require on-call support or ad-hoc work during store operating hours and specific times during key project milestones. Job Requirements: Degree holder in computer science, information technology or related disciplines. Minimum 4 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a project coordination role. Good knowledge in workplace/collaboration and mobility solutions (Office 365, Share Point, Zoom, Air Watch, etc.). Knowledge in Windows 7/10, Windows Server, and networking (CCNA is preferred). Proven experience in handling multi-tasks in a cross-functional environment, such as task status reporting and vendor management. Good communication skills to face end users and provide customer service in MNC with regional scope. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and overcome work pressure to drive for results. Documentation experience such as operational manuals, diagrams, and procedures. Proactive, fast learner, and team player. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
