Responsibilities: Deploy systems and applications to end users of our clients to ensure successful installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems until the completion of user acceptance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems for our clients and troubleshoot any interdependencies or conflicts Provide technical support to end-users of our clients and resolve their reported system-related issues promptly Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure system stability and reliability for our clients Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including system configuration, installation guides, administration guides, troubleshooting guides, and other necessary documentation Conduct regular reviews and updates of the system documentation to reflect any changes or improvements in the system Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system administration to enhance technical expertise Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve system-related issues and implement necessary updates or patches Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and other projects to improve system performance and functionality Provide knowledge transfer training to our colleagues and end-users of our clients on system usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline3 to 4 years of solid experience in system deployment, development and maintenance of system documentation; candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Systems Engineer Strong knowledge of system administration, including operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), virtualization, storage, and networking Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, and detail-oriented Good command of Chinese, Cantonese, written and spoken English plus a strong collaboration ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and address the needs of end-users of our clients Excellent in time management and project management to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment Able to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations Holders of relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Red Hat Certified Engineer) will be advantageous Attractive salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates.
