Responsibilities
Formulate and implement the strategic plan for digital banking services, steering digital innovation and improving operational efficiency
Lead the development and optimization of digital channels (including mobile banking app, online banking and We Chat banking) to enhance customer experience and service quality
Coordinate with branches on the deployment and integration of electronic equipment, ensuring synergy between digital and physical channels
Keep abreast of emerging fintech trends, market opportunities and regulatory updates, adjust business strategies promptly and maintain compliance
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of digital projects and initiatives
Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to identify customer needs and guide product innovation
Review and refine operational processes, policies and risk control mechanisms to strengthen business performance
Requirements
University degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, IT or related disciplines
Around 6 to 8 years’ experience from banking /financial sector, solid knowledge of digital banking including mobile banking, internet banking, mobile payments platforms and familiar with branch automation devices
Extensive experience in digital banking, electronic finance or fintech management with proven success in driving technological innovation
Strong strategic planning skills and team management skills, able to lead team through successful digital transformation
Sound market insight and innovative mindset to capture customer needs and drive continuous improvement in digital financial products
Excellent communication, coordination skills to foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners
Proficiency in both Chinese and English with proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
