Team Lead, Trade Finance Operations, Corp Bank Your new company A Well-Established Corporate Bank is looking for a Team Lead to join their Trade Finance Services & Operations Team. The ideal candidate will supervise the daily activities of the Import Trade Finance Operations Team & ensure the team in compliance with banking policy and procedure. Your new role Supervise a Team of 10 Headcounts Perform and investigate daily Trade Operations activities including Import LC issuance/amendment, bill booking and payment, document checking, Bank Guarantees, Trust Receipts; Support Export LC related products (Advising, Confirmation, Discounting, Collection, etc.) if needed Perform the duty of checking and approval of all trade transactions Process Trade Finance transactions in accordance with International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules and the Bank's policies and procedures Deal with internal / external parties for matters related to trade transactions Perform system implementation, enhancement and streamline processing, UATDevelop team members through work assignments, coaching and training What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree related field At least 15 years of experience in trade finance operations Strong leadership skills with at least 8 years experience in managing teams Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Familiar with International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules and the Bank's policies and procedures Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua What you'll get in return Good Career Path and Stable Development Competitive salary plus benefits package Work-Life Balance What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call Hailey Tai now@22307491.
