Key Responsibilities:● Audit VPP Io T data feeds and implement Chainlink or equivalent proof-of-reserve systems● Design and deploy mint/burn vault (ERC-20/ERC-721) on-chain● Build smart contract architecture for k Wh → token conversion● Lead security audit (Certi K or equivalent) and gas optimization● Hire and mentor Solidity developers to build and maintain the platform● Integrate with Hong Kong payment rails and compliance systems● Document technical roadmap for staking, governance, and cross-chain Required Qualifications:● 5+ years in blockchain engineering; 3+ years in RWA/De Fi/Institutional platforms● Shipped RWA vault with real-world asset backing● Expert in Solidity/Rust, Hardhat, Foundry, and Chainlink oracles● Experience with Io T → on-chain data pipelines● Fluent in Mandarin (daily syncs with engineering team)● Eligible to work in Hong Kong Preferred Qualifications:● Rust/Cosm Wasm experience● Prior work in energy or carbon credit tokenization● Familiarity with HKMA stablecoin sandbox and local regulatory environment
