We are looking for an experienced Senior R&D Developer/Tech Lead to join our team.
You'll oversee the end-to-end development of scalable, production-quality systems across mobile, web, and backend platforms, leveraging cloud-native technologies and agile methodologies to deliver exceptional solutions aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize containerized applications on Kubernetes, focusing on deployment strategies, auto-scaling, rolling updates, and resource management.
Develop scalable APIs and solid backend logic using Golang or to support high-volume data processing and system scalability.
Work closely with project management and quality assurance teams to establish test scenarios, validate functionalities, and produce thoroughly tested, production-ready code that meets organizational goals.
Engage in detailed code reviews, contribute to architectural design strategies, and participate in agile sprint planning to ensure technical excellence and ongoing improvement, while aligning development efforts with project deadlines.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related field.
Over 3 years of practical software development experience.
Understanding of basic POS or Customer Ordering Systems workflows.
Proficient in Kubernetes, React, React Native, and either Golang or Highly detail-oriented and proficient in problem-solving.
Prior experience with agile development practices and code review processes is strongly preferred.
