You should have strong knowledge of coding best practices, ideally with Java Script or PHP, and be inclined to learn about financial markets, particularly in the structured products industry. Logical thinker, attention to detail, quick learner, diligent, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear explanations. Fluency in English.
