Job Description
Lead end‑to‑end system design and development for insurance core platform initiatives.
Architect scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions across policy administration, billing, claims, and customer modules.
Drive technical standards, code quality, and best practices across development teams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, actuaries, operations, and vendors to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee system integrations, API design, data migration, and cloud adoption initiatives.
Guide and mentor engineering teams, conducting reviews and providing technical leadership.
Support production operations and lead resolution of complex system issues.
The Successful Applicant
10+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in insurance systems.
Hands‑on experience with life insurance core platforms (policy admin, claims, underwriting, billing, etc.).
Strong proficiency in Java, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Alibaba/Huawei Cloud).
Proven ability to lead development teams and deliver large‑scale system transformations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with business teams.
Good to have Sinosoft core system experience.
