Responsibilities: To oversee A&A works, renovation and maintenance for a varienty of properties including retail shops, industrial and commercial buildings Conduct daily inspections and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards Coordinate and monitor the contractors at the site level to ensure work quality and smooth project execution Lead and liaise with relevant parties including architects, consultants, contractors at all project stages Perform ad-hoc duties when required Requirements: Degree or above in Architecture/Surveying or related discipline Min.
