Responsibilities: Supervise a technical team in the residential properties to ensure efficient, reliable and cost effective maintenance, repair and operating of building systems and facilities; Assist in arranging budgets and control the expenses on E&M contracts; Liaise and handle owner's / tenant's requests on technical related services.
Requirements: Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Building Studies, Building Surveying, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;5 years relevant experience in property maintenance management; A good team player with excellent communication skills and well prepared to work under pressure; Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage; Hands on experience in property maintenance project, property addition / alteration, fitting out & reinstatement; With registering an electrical worker grade A; Location: Sheung Wan Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
