Job Responsibilities: Provide onsite troubleshooting service on different devices  Conduct training sessions/workshop for new hires  Perform day-to-day PC administration and desktop services.

Conduct regular system checking and operations.

Handle administrative tasks including hardware inventory, report preparation, and system documentation.

Liaise and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and services.

Job Requirements: Degree in IT or a related discipline.

Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experience in Service Desk and IT support.

Previous experience in financial institutions is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, M365, VMware, and common desktop applications.

Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
