Job Description - Assistant Manager, IT (240723)This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 24 months with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance. Responsibilities· Facilitate and support the execution of the IT transformation roadmap to enhance operational efficiency and IT capabilities in alignment with business strategy.· Monitor the progress of the transformation program and conduct project health checks to ensure compliance and performance of change initiatives are on track to meet program targets.· Support the orchestration of KPIs and benefits realization of the program, compiling final Project Healthiness reports for the IT Leadership team.· Prepare regular updates, reports, and presentations on implementation progress for the IT Leadership team, Program Change Office, Change Champions, and relevant stakeholders.· Collaborate with the Manager to enhance overall project management practices, delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), tools, and templates. Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices in project management.· Design and conduct Agile training for IT and Product teams, including business stakeholders, to foster an Agile mindset and approach.· Participate in the Agile Product Team during project initiation and initial Sprints to ensure compliance with Agile practices and processes. Requirements· University degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology/Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines.· Minimum 6 years of experience in IT project/program management, preferably within large-scale IT/digital transformation programs.· Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) are preferred but not mandatory.· Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively present and influence senior leadership.· Proven experience in Agile software development environments.· Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude towards learning and growth.
