You will be responsible for spearheading large-scale initiatives related to data enablement, process automation, AI technologies, analytics, and more. Responsibilities Develop project charters outlining objectives and feasibility for data transformation initiatives. Create detailed project plans with timelines, ensuring accurate task assignments. Monitor project execution to meet milestones and quality standards through regular status reports. Engage with stakeholders and vendors to align on data requirements and provide updates. Facilitate meetings to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with business users and IT to enhance project performance. Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements. Qualifications Degree in a relevant field; 4+ years of project management experience; experience with data projects preferred. PMI PMP certification; proven experience in Agile frameworks and SCRUM methodology. Solid experience leading projects end-to-end. Familiarity with Power Point and/or business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau. Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
