Bridge AI Gaming is disrupting the $80 B+ global recreational equipment industry by combining AI-driven e-commerce, livestreaming, and direct-to-client sourcing. As an Assistant Technical Project Manager, you will support the execution of high-impact projects across Family Entertainment Centers (FECs), fitness, playground, and theme park solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, is passionate about technology and entertainment, and wants to help scale a global B2 B marketplace. You’ll work closely with project managers, vendors, and international clients to ensure projects are delivered with efficiency, innovation, and impact.
Responsibilities
Work with Management and team members to manage end-to-end business process
Responsible for sales planning, project budget estimation, project management and execution
Responsible to manage the suppliers and contractors relationship
Manage customer relationship
Being the point of contact and company representative between different parties. Coordinate closely with clients, project designers, consultants, contractors, internal departments from inception to completion stages of the projects
Evaluate and identify qualified vendors, suppliers and contractors
Provide technical support and advice, for solving any technical issues in project implementation, installation and maintenance
Complete projects according to the specifications, timeline, budget, safety
The Ideal Candidate
Strong team player with cross-cultural communication skills
Passionate about sports, gaming, and interactive entertainment trends
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups; Power BI a plus)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Confident communicator with strong presentation and client-facing skills
Comfortable working in a start-up environment with agility and adaptability
Tech-savvy, with an interest in AI, e-commerce, and digital transformation
Requirements
1 year or more of working experience, preferred in engineering or science field with strong business sense
Proficiency in oral and written English is a MUST. Mandarin and Cantonese are required
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of Auto CAD and other programming language is a plus
Passionate or experience in start‑ups is a plus
