Customer Service Officer | Multiple roles | shift allowance The role involves providing 24/7 customer support through various channels, promptly diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues. Additionally, it requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective issue resolution and enhance user satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide round-the-clock customer support through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and an online ticketing system. Diagnose and resolve common IT issues promptly and efficiently. Record and monitor support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring follow-up until each case is resolved. Refer complex problems to the appropriate IT teams or specialists as necessary. Conduct remote troubleshooting to identify and fix issues effectively. Offer users clear, step-by-step instructions to help them solve problems independently. Collaborate with internal teams, such as Service Management, Infrastructure Support, and Internal IT, to facilitate effective issue resolution. Communicate with external vendors or service providers when needed. Required Skills Higher Diploma or Certificate in any disciplines are welcome to apply. Those with Computer Science, IT, Electronic/Electrical Engineering related major are a plus. Fresh graduates with a positive learning attitude and strong interest in technology are welcome. Candidates with working experience in customer service are a plus. Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Cantonese speaking is a must. Working Hours Shift duty rotation basis (Morning, Afternoon, and Overnight shift).40 working hours per week, 5 working days per week including Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
