Fast-growing IT & Network Service Solutions Provider Job Description: Provide On-site Client User support both ad-hoc and scheduled, supporting various Clients' normal daily operations and User support queries. Maintain various Clients' IT Systems which cover Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Desk Phones & Mobile devices. Responsible for Application support, installing, troubleshooting, and maintenance on application and operating system level. Support Patching, Upgrading, and Software and Hardware installation. Able to escalate issues to the correct Team, providing diagnosis and troubleshooting steps. Carry out Regular Preventive Maintenance to clients. Setup Domain User accounts, Outlook Email, Applications, and Mobile devices. Occasional assignment for IT Projects as and when required. Familiar with Lenovo, Dell, HP Hardware, and mobile devices. Working with Service Now and other Ticketing Systems will be a plus. Provide Technical Support to Team Members. Job Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.2 years working experience of User desktop support, with basic LAN network and Server knowledge. Proven solid knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Applications like MS Office/ OFF365, Outlook, Adobe, Anti-Virus. Good command of English and Chinese with Putonghua a plus. Willing to work at customer sites. Local Travelling involved. Good Time management with administrative updates to Helpdesk. Strong communication skills and able to work independently.5 Days work.
