Key Responsibilities: Research and Development: Stay updated on educational technologies and trends, providing insights and suggestions for platform enhancements. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to platform features, user guides, and training materials. Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing the platform for bugs and usability issues, documenting findings, and suggesting enhancements. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow. Relevant experience in educational institutions, non-profit organizations, or Ed Tech companies. Familiarity with social media platforms and office software (Word, Excel, Power Point). Preferred background: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Information Technology or Computer Science. Candidates must be available for at least two days per week.
