Head of Supplier & Product Enablement, a new role in CTM Partner Program.
About the role: The Head of Supplier & Product Enablement ensures the CTM Partner Network is fully equipped to deliver commercial value through supplier alignment and product adoption.
The role embeds CTM's global supplier programs and technology platforms across the partner base and assesses partner market technology and product capabilities to identify opportunities where CTM's offerings best complement and strengthen client solutions.
This role supports the Global Head of Partner Network by delivering the adoption and enablement outcomes required for the long-term success of the Partner Network.
Responsibilities and Duties Supplier & Product Enablement Drive adoption of CTM's global supplier programs across the Partner Network.
Collaborate with CTM's global supplier relations teams to ensure partner volumes are aligned with supplier agreements.
Work with CTM Product and CTO teams to deploy platforms across partner agencies.
Build ROI and adoption models to demonstrate the impact of supplier and product integration.
Adoption & Performance Support Ensure supplier and product adoption metrics are integrated into the Partner Value Scorecard.
Monitor usage data, working with Partner Network Relationship Managers and Compliance & Performance to address adoption challenges.
Support enablement programs that improve consistency and partner engagement with CTM solutions.
Strategic Collaboration Act as intermediary between CTM's product/technology teams and partners to validate requirements and inform product development.
Provide supplier and product inputs into partner market readiness assessments (led by the Global Head of Partner Network).
Partner with Commercial Enablement to ensure supplier and product adoption supports multinational sales opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with Partner Relationship Managers to ensure partners have a unified and consistent experience of CTM.
Collaborate across CTM functions to drive supplier and product adoption.
Share insights on partner market product and technology capabilities with CTM stakeholders to inform sales positioning, product roadmaps, and supplier negotiations.
Represent CTM in discussions with partners and suppliers where supplier programs, product adoption, or technology enablement are the central theme.
Management and Leadership Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to the Global Head of Partner Network and cross-functional leaders across CTM.
Influence and align stakeholders globally to ensure consistent execution of commercial and technological strategies.
Provide thought leadership on emerging trends, commercial models, and best practices.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the CTM Partner Network, commercial, data, and technology teams.

Education and Experience Significant senior leadership experience in corporate travel, supplier management, and product or technology enablement.
Proven ability to drive adoption of products and supplier agreements across distributed or partner-based networks.
