Job Description This is freelance work (self-employed, Field Nation, Upwork). You work independently and are paid only for activities performed. For example, if a customer requests router installation, you visit the site, complete the task, and share an invoice with our team. Freelance Work Process Our Help Desk team contacts you via email, phone, or Whats App when assistance is needed for Desktop/Network Support (L1 and L2). The Help Desk agent briefs you about the issue at the customer site. You can accept or decline the task based on your availability. If accepted, you visit the site with necessary tools (laptop with Windows 10, cables, USB drive, internet, etc.). After completing the activity, fill out an activity report, get customer approval, and share it along with the invoice with our team. Sample Ticket Types Hardware recovery, router installation, Windows updates/upgrades, smart hand support, IP configuration for routers/switches.
