Multinational to medium-size insurance companies are looking for project managers / programme managers / product owners / business analysts at various levels for the business growth.Project / Programme Manager ( AM to Team Head Levels)Responsibilities:Collaborate with various departments and/or external business partners to implement strategic, business transformation and innovation projects;Review business processes and recommend opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, business performance, etc.;Influence and set expectations with the project sponsor and key stakeholders to ensure timelines and resources in place to deliver the projects.Manage projects throughout project life cycle by accomplishing key tasks including business proposal, project planning, budget and resources control, progress monitoring, risk management, quality assurance, etc.;Responsible for providing accurate and timely project reporting as input to the senior management.Assist in defining project governance structure and contribute to continuous improvement activities;Facilitate cross functional workshops and meetings to ensure all projects are correctly scoped and key tasks/issues identified.Facilitate benefits realization process and ensure objectives are achieved upon completion of each project.Shape and manage all day to day aspects of running a project through the different phases including organising project meetings, minutes, logistics and status reports, etc.Requirements:Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, information Technology or related subjects;7+ years’ experience in Project Management in the insurance industry with a proven track record of leading the full project lifecycle of complex business projects.A good understanding of Project management methodology, tools and best practices including waterfall and agile (PMP / Prince2 / Scrum Master certifications highly regarded).Self-initiative, fast learner, creative and innovative with excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in delivering wide-range of insurance product, technology, operations, and/or regulatory projectsExperience in Business planning and prioritization.Works well under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks unsupervised.Mature and diplomatic to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural team environmentGood command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Business Analyst ( Junior to Team Head Levels)Responsibilities:Participate in various insurance projectsEnsure the quality and timely delivery of the assigned projectsCollect and analyze information from users for preparing user requirementsLiaise with users, IT, vendors for business solution design and enhancementPerform User Acceptance Test (UAT)Conduct end-user trainingSupport ad hoc production issuesManage project timeline and progressRequirements:University graduate; with 2+ years’ BA experience in insurance projectsGood analytical and problem solving skillsDetail-oriented and strong communication skillsGood team player and able to work independentlyAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProject maangement skills would be a plusGood command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
