Greater China based IT & Telecom solutions provider Job Description Develop and manage Io T solutions including the technical setup, business processes, pricing, and relevant documentation. Conduct business analysis to support development of new product features to ensure market competitiveness. Work with partners and cross-functional teams on developing new product capabilities. Continuously optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Build strong collaborative relationships with Group's Io T line of business, different domestic and overseas offices on product development and sales opportunities. Work closely with external operators, vendors and internal teams to ensure products are delivered on-time with cost efficiency, which includes price negotiation, closely monitor the project status and coordinate the technical issues. Provide sales training from time to time. Job Requirements Holder of bachelor or higher degrees in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Business Management. Minimum 8 years’ experience including at least 2 years' relevant working experience in a solution related role with P&L responsibility. Demonstrated strong professional experience in direct and/or related domain areas (mobile networks, GSM/CDMA/UMTS/LTE, IP networks). Working knowledge of Product Development and Management functions. Knowledge of Connectivity Management platforms such as Cisco Jasper, Ericsson DCP would be a big plus. Knowledge of embedded SIM and the relevant subscription management platforms. Working Experience and or exposure with Io T technology would be a plus (NB-Io T, LTE-M, Io T Application Enablement platforms). Knowledge of Software platforms, middleware technologies in the areas of Io T would be a plus. Strong leadership and project management skills, able to manage teams and projects under tight time pressure. Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to liaise independently with overseas counterparts and vendors. Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must. Willing to travel and work out of the office if necessary.
