Teresa's Hospital (STH) is a large private hospital in Kowloon City with over 2,200 employees. Our Information Technology Department has a work force of 40 staff and is responsible for the IT function of both STH and our sister hospital in Causeway Bay. All IT systems are developed in-house in our two hospitals.
In order to cope with the expansion of activities and the development of new systems, we are looking for qualified candidates to fill the following post: IT Services Manager Job Highlights:· Infrastructure and cross-hospital operations· Management exposure· Medical benefit and discretionary year-end bonus Responsibilities:· Lead IT teams and coordinate with service providers to ensure an efficient and timely delivery of system, network, security and helpdesk support for hospital· Manage IT infrastructure and operations leveraging Microsoft Window Server, O365 environment, Microsoft SQL Server, VMWare ESXi Server, Mail gateway server, Veeam backup, Active Directory, DNS, firewall and Cisco switches· Engage in the full project life cycle from business requirement gathering, design, implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, quality assurance to project rollout· Monitor network traffic using PRTG· Implement cloud solution for multiple sites· Implement IP VPN network technologies between sites· Liaise with senior management to ensure IT services provided are aligned with hospital's direction and objectives· Propose and identify new IT technologies to improve operational efficiencies and productivity· Initiate and evaluate project proposals from vendors· Ensure external service providers meet agreed service level agreements· Define priorities and manage budgets for IT department Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline· Minimum 20 years of IT experience, including at least 15 years in project management· Proven track record in process improvement and successful project implementation· Demonstrated leadership skills and business acumen with a performance-driven mindset· Strategic thinker with strong change management expertise· Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills· Strong project management skills· Skilled team builder with effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities· Excellent interpersonal skills for handling people-related issues· Knowledge and experience in ITIL, CCNP, Windows administration, and database administration· Experience with Microsoft O365 will be an advantage· Experience in mobile communication technologies (Wi-Fi, 5 G, Io T) will be an advantage· Cyber security knowledge with professional qualifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP or CISP will be an advantage For application, please send your full resume along with detailed working experience, stating the position you are applying, current and expected salary to Human Resources Department, St.
