Our client is seeking multiple Desk side Support or IT Support Engineers. The potential candidate will handle/manage different projects in the IT support area, and experience in Microsoft Office 365 is a definite advantage. JR-0385 Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting as Level 1 support for Hong Kong customers. Implement projects, perform testing, install and configure equipment, contain and execute changes, prepare documentation, and provide maintenance support for customers' infrastructure and systems. Requirements: High Diploma holder in Computer Studies, Information Services, or related disciplines. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a technical support role; experience in large corporate industries or multinational companies is preferred. Good understanding of network, Microsoft technologies, and cloud server environments. Experience in writing IT documentation is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with foreign vendor liaison experience. A proactive problem solver with a customer-focused mindset. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Willing to work shifts, including public holidays.
