Responsibilities Apply the most appropriate analytics models and tools on the Enterprise Data Platform to ensure business decisions and process improvement opportunities are captured. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, data models, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality while complying with industry standards. Drive end-to-end execution of data analytics initiatives efficiently with completed and qualified data, and within project timelines. Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and internal team members effectively to ensure data is captured, understood, and translated for data analytics that balance cost, capability, performance, and time to market. Ensure the latest and cost-effective technologies are incorporated into analytics. Make sound judgments to ensure a healthy balance between data privacy and the business need for analytics, accuracy, and performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related disciplines. Seasoned experience in solution design and data model building. Proven experience leading data analytics teams to complete multidisciplinary projects. Presentable and approachable, with good communication skills for business requirements and use cases from major stakeholders. Project coordination/management experience in delivering solutions using Microsoft data analytics and modeling tools. Solid experience in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes. Certification in Microsoft Azure Data Analytics, Power BI, etc. is an advantage.
