Major Duties and Responsibilities
Providing daily frontline counter services.
Performing general office administrative and clerical duties.
Assigning in ad‑hoc office tasks as assigned.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
At least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE including English & Chinese languages, Mathematics or equivalent, preferably with a recognised degree.
Pleasant, proactive and customer‑oriented with good manners; preference will be given to those with experience in student services in tertiary institutions.
Willing to work on shift, including daytime and evenings on weekdays as well as weekends/public holidays.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary part‑time contract. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
