Job Description: Conduct data analytics to ensure network quality assurance. Enhance performance management tools with machine learning and AI capabilities. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the mobile network and customer feedback. Automate network planning and operational processes. Lead initiatives to improve network performance and customer satisfaction. Establish network performance metrics and KPIs. Integrate network performance platforms across various vendor systems. Manage server and database administration, including updates and security configurations. Job Requirements: A degree in Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.5-10 years of experience, preferably within the mobile network industry. Comprehensive knowledge of 3 G/4 G/5 G mobile networks. Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, IOS, Linux, and Sun Solaris. Skilled in SQL, Oracle, web programming, Python, and C++. A collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Fluent in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Putonghua being advantageous.
