• Take part in the entire IT service management lifecycle on building new services and continuously improve existing IT services• Liaise effective and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders• Provide technical support and training related to IT services• Conduct technology and vendor evaluations on function and features from a business technical prospective• Work with Engineering and Product Development from service design, service transition to service operation and ongoing service improvement• Write service related technical documents• Integrate products with internal systems including but not limited to CRM, price management system, billing system and customer portals• Provide assistance to presales team and sales team for complex solution design Job Requirements • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related discipline• Minimum 3 years work experience in system/network/security administration and troubleshooting• Experience in designing medium to large scale infrastructure and/or virtualization projects• Hands-on experience with any two of the following: UTM, NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, SIEM, Email Security Gateway, End Point Security, UEBA• Knowledge of server and network virtualization and administration is advantageous• Holder of any security related certification such as CISSP, CCNP Security, NSE or PCNSE is a plus• Holder of ITIL foundation or above is preferred• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin• Self-motivated, passion in learning new technologies, able to work independently and willing to take up challenges• Candidate with (more/less) experience will be considered as (Senior/Assistant) Specialist, Technology
