Leading telecom carrier and IT solutions company Job Description Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operation for Network Operations Center (NOC) and support managed service customer Work with internal party, vendor and customer to deliver high quality of managed service Ensure the managed network system and infrastructure are functioning effectively and efficiently Monitor and maintain managed network system and infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and availability Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and service availability Respond quickly and effectively to network issues and incidents Work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve problems Develop and implement processes and procedures to continuously improve network operation Provide regular reports on network performance and availability to internal parties and customers Job Requirements Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines Minimum 8 years relevant experience in supporting managed service projects or in-house IT support or Network Operation Center (NOC)Good technical knowledge in various brands of ICT products and solutions such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Microsoft Windows Server, etc. Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework Advantage to holder of professional certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, CCNP, etc. Strong problem solving and analytical skills Good customer service and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
