This full‑time hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR offers opportunities for remote work. The Senior Account Manager will focus on managing and growing client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction for high‑value accounts.
Responsibilities
Identify client needs and develop customized solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Maintain and grow high-value client accounts, driving revenue and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in key account management, client relationship building, and delivering customer-focused solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations.
Experience in data management technologies, enterprise software, or IT solutions, especially in disaster recovery, high availability, or cloud migration.
Understanding of hybrid cloud environments, regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX), cybersecurity, and data protection tools.
