Our client, a global insurer group in Hong Kong, is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Product Owner in their regional team.

Responsibilities: Conduct analysis and facilitate workshops to define business requirements and assist in developing the product roadmap.

Gather and document business requirements from various business units and write detailed user stories.

Collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders to identify problems, understand key business needs, and create a prioritized backlog of requirements based on business value.

Collaborate closely with the UX/UI team to ensure usability needs are met and requirements are accurately reflected.

Facilitate grooming sessions with development teams.

Act as a liaison between business units and delivery teams, providing clarifications and ensuring smooth communication.

Requirements: At least 3 years of working experience as business analyst Experience with the regional team and Claims project is a PLUS Extensive knowledge of insurance, with a focus on claims operations is a plus.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound business judgment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
