Manage service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance in project and operations. Collaborate across the organization to build tools, perform system integration, and support infrastructure & systems delivery. Be Product SME to provide Tier-3 support and advisory to operations team and helpdesk team. Job Requirements Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in IT or related disciplines.5 years of relevant working experience. Hands-on experience in multi-cloud platform (i.e. AWS / Azure). Competent knowledge and good understanding of enterprise systems implementation and integration. Holder of professional/technical certificates in security, infrastructure, or cloud platform. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Be self-motivated, initiative with good problem-solving and analytical skills. Good team player. Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) in both speaking and writing.
