  Responsibilities: Lead the IT service desk team, resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.

Manage client devices, maintaining their security and ensuring up-to-date functionality.

Maintain accurate inventory of client devices and peripherals.

Develop and maintain service desk standards, guidelines, and procedures.

Assist in developing and maintaining the Cloud Governance Framework.

Monitor compliance with cloud governance frameworks and enhance cloud adoption.

Support alignment between Cloud Governance and IT Governance Frameworks.

Collaborate with end users and vendors to ensure effective communication and relationships.

Requirements: Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

5+ years of experience in IT service desk support and end-user computing.

Strong technical knowledge of ITSM systems, Microsoft products, MDM solutions, and remote access solutions.

Experience managing outsourced IT service desks.

ITIL certification preferred.

Knowledge of cloud computing and governance frameworks desired.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency in English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
