Responsibilities Troubleshoot user desktop technical problems. Troubleshoot desktop and server issues from the ticket system requests. Contact vendors to provide maintenance services. Handle Domain Controller, MS Exchange Server, Windows Server, Lync, Share Point Server, and Database Server. Monitor network issues (Juniper Firewall, Cisco Switch, Sonic Wall Firewall, and Spam Mail Firewall). Manage EDR control (Sentinel One and Sangfor). Requirements Higher Diploma in Computer Studies, Information Technology, or other related disciplines.6 years of experience in IT Support & System Administration role. Good command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, independent, hardworking, and able to meet tight schedules.
