A leading, global insurance firm is looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst to join their dynamic team.

Less experienced engineers will be considered as System Analyst.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain critical frontend and CRM systems for multiple BUs.

Lead medium-scale project teams, allocating resources as per project plans.

Evaluate and enhance technology to boost productivity.

Handle systems administration and daily IT operations.

Choose appropriate tech solutions for a regional sales platform and ensure system integration.

Convert user needs into functional and technical specifications; guide the project team in development.

Conduct feasibility studies with users and stakeholders.

Manage the full SDLC: design, development, testing, implementation, and support.

Train team members to strengthen support for applications.

Requirements University degree in Computer Science or related field.

Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.

8+ years of application development experience (less experience will be considered as System Analyst).

Excellent coding skills in Java and Spring Boot; familiarity with React JS, Node JS, and Type Script is a plus.

Strong insurance knowledge and analytical skills.

Proven leadership in managing frontend and CRM systems.

Knowledge of cloud solutions, microservices, Dev Ops practices, RESTful APIs, and database design (MSSQL and No SQL).

Experience in vendor management and quality assurance.

Strong documentation skills and a passion for new technologies.
