Client Description Leading IT solutions company / Client: To be confirmed Job Description Responsibilities• Oversee all activities in SMC• Assist and guide SMC staff in handling incidents if required• Ensure SMC staff operate in an orderly manner• All the actions taken must be updated to the IT Service Management system.• Adhere to SMC Security Policy• Design and build batch job flow that fulfill user requirements and facilitate delivery of required outputs;• Monitor job run & performance such that job operations of applications and systems can be run smoothly and efficiently• Perform test on automated job flow with users based on user requests Responsibilities• Perform remote console management• Monitor system messages and batch jobs• Ensure failure jobs are properly logged with the IT Service Management system• Call relevant support according to the nature of the incidents• All the actions taken must be updated to the IT Service Management system.• Re-run failure jobs after support fix the problem• Adhere to SMC Security Policy Job Requirements Requirements• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT Service Management Center• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Windows 2003 and 2012 server administration• Leading team with shift duties• Solid working experience in Windows AD and cluster administration• Knowledge of AIX, Linux, IBM Tivoli, IBM MQ, IBM TSM, Symantec Net Backup/Backup Exec is preferred• Knowledge of Networking and Firewall, Storage, SAN Switch, Load balance, ISO, ITIL• A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Requirements• Holder of Higher Diploma or above, candidate who studied IT-related subjects studied is highly preferred.• Possess basic operation knowledge in Windows and basic PC Skills• Knowledge of Unix / Network is preferred• A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese• Shift duty is required
