Helpdesk Support Engineer (Bank) (18-23 K)
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility is to conduct frontline support needs via telephone and email and give initial support to users.
Fulfill all contract scope and ensure all overcharges have been arranged on time.
Provide day-to-day PC administration, Office365, Outlook, and desktop services.
Provide problem analysis/fixing, answering hotlines, and service requests.
Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline.
One year working experience in customer service area in IT field is preferable.
Prior experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone will be a definite advantage.
Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, other Microsoft applications & account administration.
Customer-oriented with good troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and able to work under pressure.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
