Job Duties Support project manager to implement and deliver IT solutions Perform user requirement study, system analysis and pre-project solution assessment Manage vendors, business partners and contractors to deliver the IT solutions within the project timeline and cost, and ensure the quality of the deliverables Coordinate and support users in conducting UATParticipate and to manage vendor for conducting non-functional tests Provide support and maintenance, including application accounts management and incident follow-up for Corporate websites, content management systems and related workflow systems Participate and support the ODC applications handover process Job Requirements At least 4 years’ relevant experience in websites / system support and development Experience in requirement study, system analysis and design Sound experience in Corporate application development such as Share Point, J2 EE, System Development; and Cloud Application / Technology is an advantage Experience in Service Now workflow process implementation is an advantage Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle, Agile Methodology and vendor management Ability to assume a technical / consultant leadership role Self-motivated, able to work under pressure independently and as a team, with good multitasking skills Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; good command of Putonghua is an added advantage
